Morning everyone, and happy new year.
I’m in the middle of re-invigorating an arcade that hasn’t run in 5 years or so (stuck in storage).
Machine is a Win 10 64-bit, arcadeVGA 5000, and a WG 19k3102 monitor.
I’m struggling with this at the moment, and I’m not quite sure how to troubleshoot. At first, 640x480 was the only resolution that actually worked, all others were completely borked. So I reinstalled the ultimarc drivers again, and now all resolutions that I’ve tested “work”, but they are all shifted over.
Take a look at the two images. One is how it should look at 640x480 (VNC) the other is how it does look on the arcade monitor.
I also created files so you can clearly see the lineup. ABCD are columns, 1234 are rows. And for reference, the one in the upper left on the monitor itself is "E1" and D1 isn't visible.
Help? Thanks a bunch!

Solved my own problem here. Hope to help others. This Model 19k3012 is also referred to as a U3100 or WGM1931-M2TS26C or WGR1931-M2TS40D with slight differences.
Basically what I can determine is that this is a VGA monitor, 640x480 or 640x400 seem to work reasonably well. And therefore when trying to pump 15hz though the monitor, it was not working, since it expects 30. There you go!
