Title: nsm 120l consol rejecting record without playing

hi there , I am still having problems with my nsm120l consol. it will select a record, place it on the turntable  and then reject without playing. I have checked  wiring [reject] and that does not seem to be the problem. the amp is not coming on ,so I assume the mute is still on and not clearing, as it should when a record is loaded up to play. any guidance would be welcome regards mick. ps a merry xmas to all members

exactley what error code is it spitting out at u ?
this is the most important piece of info u can tell us

hi thanks for the reply ed , but being an old record playing jukebox  from about 1971, there are no error codes to report as this model has no read outs or digital panel .mick

dang thats what i feared
all is not lost
there is a few important steps to follow (trouble shoot if u will)
first has anyone played with the tracking ?
second how are your needles ?
from here i would need to consult my manuals

ok i want to sure we are on the same page
as nsm120i is a generic name to me with out the "es" number
this is your jukebox right ?
