Hey Guys
I am setting up all my horizontal games in MAME to cocktail mode (split/mirror screen). All the games I have tried thus far run fine, but I hit a snag with Asteroids. In cocktail mode it shows the main screen only on the opposite side. Player one side is blank/black. All video settings are set to auto aside from the view (which is set to Cocktail).
For the time being, I created an ini file to adjust Asteroids to standard 4:3... Is this normal that it shows a blank screen then the correct screen on the other side? It's acting as if the game is a dual monitor (over under) setup like the play choice games. Thanks for any insight!!

Anyone else experience this with Asteroids in MAME cocktail view? Otherwise I assume this game just doesn't mirror correctly.

I've found that all vector games will not display mirrored in cocktail view/display mode. Is there a way to correct this? Any reason behind this based on the type of games (vector)?
