I have an NSM wall mount Old Fashion Wizard jukebox. One of the two small 4w fluorescent is not working. I switched bulbs around as well as starters and it won't work. Where in that cabinet are the ballast located. I found a pic on the net to see what it looks like but I can't find them.
Any help on this would be great.

There are none on the door. The wires run into the top of the jukebox. I was wondering if they would somehow be in there.
If they are in the bottom of the jukebox does the unit with the cd racks and cdplay somehow pull out to access the bottom?
Where do I go to buy a replacement?

as i did try to explain nsm ran them both ways
top and bottom , without looking up (songbird) wall mount or fire i cannot tell u which is which
i think the lower ballasts are the higher power 1's and the uppers are for the smaller bulbs
if u need i can look them up ?

My jukebox is an Old Fashion Wizard not sure if its the same as a Fire. I did not realize you ment they would install Ballasts in both locations I thought either the top or the bottom. Yes Thanks I could use your help in locating them, that would save me some time. Do you know where I can purchase them?

ballasts are pretty tough in these things. i find more burned out starters and tubes than burned out ballasts.
likely all you need are some new tubes and starters.
