Buy it for the parts and that price isn't too bad.  I bet a $200ish cash in hand offer takes it away....

Think this is the least amount of time and effort I've seen put into anything resembling cabinet, fightstick, cp etc. Basically drill some holes, wire it up and don't even bother with legs.

I don't think you even break even on parts at $200. The Pandora's box is $68 and I'm guessing cheapo controls so that's about $20 plus whatever that janky old tv and speakers are worth.

Ime just in the process of fitting a new kitchen...
Wonder if I can make £300 out of my old worktop and spare controls to? :p

I may even keep a old cabinet carcass to house the box and wiring

You guys might get a kick out of the pedestal that I picked up on Craigslist something like 10 or 12 years ago. When I asked the seller if he were left handed he looked at me like I was from Jupiter.

The woodwork wasn't great, but it was a great buy. It had a full AMD 2000 computer system with an ArcadeVGA, Happ coin door, and came with a huge box of extra joysticks, buttons, trackballs, encoders, wiring, hardware, switches, electrical supplies and spider eggs. I talked him down to $100 for it iirc.
