Gauging interests. Its unrefined atm but a work in progress from various sources. So i wont claim it.

is it a drag and drop solution like replacing a bitmap file... or is it super involved rigamaroll involving extracting the main executable and dumping in the data using a hex editor??

Its definitely more involved then drag and drop. It could be made into a update file where you just drag the images onto a usb stick. But you would still need to edit images for them to be compatible. Nothing needs to be done to the main executable or hex editor.
