Title: Best ps1 emulator ?

so  ???

I have this sudden  urge to play raidan project.Which ps1 emulator lets me rip an iso or bin file then run the game from the image ?
And which ps1 emu is the best ?

Anyone ?

ePSXe plays isos and bin/cue images, also the latest release is really top notch.
