Title: Arcade Artwork library - site down?

Just wondering what the go is with the fantastic site:  http://arcadeartlibrary.com/arcade_art/index.php (http://arcadeartlibrary.com/arcade_art/index.php) 

Seems it is down more often than it is up?  Is it coming back or finished?  It's a shame as it is one of the best artwork resources for Arcade enthusiasts.  I have a couple of traces I'd be happy to add to the site but it seems to be down most times I check on it.

I don't know what happened to it. All I know is that I handed it over years ago and haven't touched it since. I have a copy of the version I gave away, but not any updates since then. I believe Sirwoogie, a moderator here at some point is who I handed it off to way back when. I don't know of anything else since then though.
