Title: Mounting the Sanwa JLF without a mounting plate
Post by: Swevicus on October 16, 2016, 05:33:04 pm
Dear BYOAC,

Can the Sanwa JLF joystick be mounted into a control panel or an enclosure (ABS, aluminium) without the flat mounting plate (so I'm talking about the JLF-TP-8Y/8Y-SK), or do I NEED the flat mounting plate to actually mount the joystick in whatever panel/box I want to use?

Yours sincerely,
Swevicus.

you do not need MP

JLF body still have 2 tabs for screw M4

next method is 4 original hole and M3 screw the same how use mounting plate
buy M3 screw 6mm and all will be fine

next it is more invasive (I do not recommend) and powerful but uses a very old installation asymmetrical distribution of the 4 screws. basically is archetype but you can use it
