Title: carnevil and stutter 0178 and crtemu 2.0

anyone have stutter problems with carnevil and crtemudriver 2.0? I just started over on my mame cabinet jumping from xp 32 and mame 0162 to win 7 x64 and 0178 updated all my roms and everything else looks great but carnevil bad stutter?  I tried mame ui and it also stuttered with carnevil. I tried mameui on my main work pc and it worked fine so I am thinking its crtemu 2.0 or something I need to change in it. I ran vmmaker with super resolutions and its on a d9800 monitor. if anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it as a lot has changed in mame ini

Have you got HLSL enabled?

its set to 0 in the groovymame .ini but the mameui I was also trying I didn't set anything just the rom directory and it stuttered on the pc with crtemudriver I pulled the harddrive out and slapped it into my desktop sata hot swap and ran the same mameui and it didn't stutter

have no idea what the problem was but got mad and formated and started completely over and all seems good carnevel is fine now
