Title: HDMI signal conditioners that can fix weird hdmi_timings settings

I currently have my Raspberry Pi 2 set up with these HDMI output settings

hdmi_timings=1280 0 65 125 235 240 0 4 3 15 0 0 0 60 0 26850000 1 I'm sending the output through a HDMI->VGA converter and the UMSA ultimate SCART adapter to a CRT TV and it looks great...but I want more  :P

I also want the option to be able to send the signal to an HDTV, which I figured could be done in a few ways
(1) Split the HDMI and send one output to a signal conditioner to make it conform to CEA mode 8 somehow
(2) Split the SCART signal and run the output through a SCART->YPbPr adapter
(3) Just set the video output to CEA mode 8 and use the pixellate shader to sort-of correct for non-integer horizontal scaling

The easiest methods are (3) and (2), but I was wondering if anyone knows of any hardware that can accomplish option (1), since I would prefer to avoid any conversions to analog or strain on the CPU and GPU

proper HDMI signal splitters are ridiculously expensive.

consider duping your scart output.
