Has anyone heard of or played the Killer Queen arcade game?

Played at Zapcon....it's pretty fun with a crowd.

Me too, that one snobby kid was ---smurfing--- terrible. *REQUIRES* 10 players (or was it 8?) no AI to play for an empty stick, but there was never an empty spot for both days of Zapcon. I had fun playing it for the most part.

It was a good game, definitely see it doing well in a bar environment though. A little booze would have made it perfect!
-
It's fun in a group. TacoTownCharlie and his kid played with us.

There we go, the BYOAC lineup.

the lesser of 2 fats is fat. ha!
Im actually down 20lbs since zapcon with 20 to go. As I eat a bag of nacho chips and wash it down with some coca cola.

I'm down about 12 lbs since last ZapCon. Werd.
I liked killer Queen but there is too much potential for camping and when that's all the other team does, you're pretty much guaranteed a loss.

+1 to what everyone said above.
I have mixed feelings about this game. I really draws a crowd and kids pick it up quick. Probably, faster than most adults.
However, it basically requires 10 people to play it simultaneously to get the full experience.
Also, I found difficult to find your character on screen because the gameplay is pretty chaotic.
When I was playing it, we always had to have an even number of players on each side to be fair. But since I played it at ZapCon...the latest software release allows drones to collect the berries and return them to the hive, so if you are one or two short on your side, not as big of a deal as before.
The game-play reminds a little of Joust and I love Joust.
Definitely a cool game but super big, super expensive, and not available everywhere.

Unfortunately I was so busy at Zapcon IV that I wasn't able to actually play it. But everyone was saying it was cool so I did capture some close-up HD footage of it. It's raw and I uploaded it just now. I'm very behind on editing the Zapcon footage due to recent events, but I'll get to it... In the meantime, enjoy!

I'd have to agree with you if I hadn't said it was raw. (Raw means unedited). Reading is Fundamental: http://www.rif.org

Played one at Bit Bash in Chicago a couple years ago. Fun, was impressed by the cabinet build, it was very nicely done.
