I do admire the originality on this one but I have so many questions. At least the price isn't crazy. I like how the listing says Mame project '?'. :lol

Looks like an old museum kiosk.
-
You're probably right, that would explain one trackball and one button. For some reason I was thinking it was a scratch build. It kind of looks like a Star Trek symbol.
-
CL people think anything will make a good MAME project. ::)
-
I just made it 50% better. :applaud:

That this is a beast. But hey, $100. At least he's in reality.

Suggested names?
Wrist Destroyer
Carpel Tunnel
Start Over
I too thought it looked like a Star Trek insignia

Not as much fun when they haven't actually been converted into an arcade cab.
Now if it had a full 2 player array installed at that vertical angle, it would be crapmame worthy.

I've always loved the ATM-look.

Fix the panel, insert a 26" LCD into the top section for dynamic marquee, open up the bezel for a bigger monitor, slap a big Star Trek insignia on the side, and "Bob's your uncle".
Vision, gentlemen, vision. :)

Take the panel box off and reinstall it upside down. Suddenly you have a panel at an appropriate angle.

Cool for a shark like project
