The 5 +2  E-clip groove pattern remind me of GGG's Versa-Ball 2 shafts (http://groovygamegear.com/webstore/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=70&products_id=381&zenid=djqccrob9bojq1gsfrnog03dc3).

The main difference between your shafts and the VB2s is the wider part at the top which isn't present on the Versa-Ball Mirrored Stainless Ball-Top (http://groovygamegear.com/webstore/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=71&products_id=229).
