Ok so my cheap-fu has netted me a 20 dollar gamestop card. The thing is, I can't find anything I want to buy in the games dept because their prices are too high. I don't shop at gamestop anymore but hey, free swag is free swag.
So what should I buy?
Things I've ran across:
PlayStation TV - These guys can be hacked to play all the vita and most of the psp games. I have no real interest in it as a ps4 streaming device.
PlayStation 1 - Yup I don't own a Playstation. I'm not sure if this is a wise choice though since the ps2 can play psx games. I do have games for the system (Bleem FTW!)
Pacman Ghost Lamp - These are a bit pricey for what they are, but man do they look cool.
Gameboy/Gameboy Color - Yup I don't have any of those either.
Flight Stick - I need one for my racing cab.... I can't find one with rumble though so I might build one from scratch.
Retro Games/Accessories?
Gamepads?
I'm looking for something in the 20-30 dollar range. Games work as well... I have a xb1 and wii u and every Nintendo console ever.

I just buy the toys that are on sale.

If it was me and you own a PS4 I would wait until the new Deus Ex comes out and buy that :D

Gamestop doesn't price match, but they do frequently beat everyone. I'd throw a couple of alerts out on games that you want. Or, at the pace that you move, hang onto it until January and pick stuff up on clearance.

used xbox360 controller for hacking

I like to stop in and pick up cheap games that I don't have to add to the old collection.

Their prices are fairly competitive, but their "handling" fees ruin it. I can get free shipping pretty much anywhere else. It's how my mind works I guess. 5 bucks shipping on a 60 dollar game isn't that bad, it's less than 10% of the cost, but On a 20 dollar games it's a quarter. I can get free shipping on anything over 25 bucks most likely, but the point isn't to give gamestop my money, it's to take stuff from their inventory. ;)
The 360 gamepad is an option. They list the pdp fight gamepads I mentioned ages ago for 9 bucks a pop, but they are unavailable online. My local GameStops don't carry anything good anymore so if it isn't online I can't get it.
I'm not a fan of most of their toys. Pop figures disturb the hell out of me with their super-deformed heads.
The only games I'm interested in atm are Mirror's Edge Catalyst and MAYBE Transformers Devastation. I downloaded TD to try because I wasn't exactly thrilled by Bayonetta, and sure enough, it has similar gameplay. It's not a bad game, I just don't know if nostalgia is going to be strong enough to get me through the whole thing. I'm drawing a blank in regards to anything modern I still want. Hey if anyone has any suggestions in that area I would love to hear them.

I use Gamestop cards to buy Steam Wallet funds. I seem to always have stuff to buy on Steam.
