Title: Thought on modding a CRT to RGB?

So I have been hunting for a SCART CRT tv in decent shape and got to thinking how hard would it be to just mode a non SCART tv to RGB? I found a some sites where people have done it, some were very complicated. I did find this (http://modretro.com/xen/index.php?threads/add-rgb-to-that-old-crt.12889/) one that looks very simple. If it's seems that if it was that easy everyone would be doing it. I'm I missing something?

Any one here ever try this kind of mod?
