Title: Is the Windows 7 DirectX 11.1 patch safe to install?

I'm working on creating a new Windows 7 ISO for my GroovyMAME PC refresh with SP1 and the Convenience Rollup Update slipstreamed into it.

Is the DirectX 11.1 patch safe to include as well?  I see a LOT of people on the Internet with issues...

There were issues but there is kb fix for this - https://support.microsoft.com/pl-pl/kb/2834140

Personally I don't have any problems with this big update apart that some updates even so called replaced by this update are still needed at least by windows update.

I attached 2 lists: for regular home/office PC and for PC for mame/emulators. In my opinion that's enough. I'm not installing this big update for mame PC because it's not needed.
