Hi.
As the title suggests, retroarch is suffering from the win7 interlace to progressive bug.
Is there a way to fix it directly without workarounds?

Latest retroarch 1.3.6 works with no issues. You just need to set RGUI interface and change default GL driver to D3D driver.
