Is there a recent build of Groovy Arcade for 32 bit? The last one i see seems from 2013.
I have some radeon 9200-9250 cards that are agp, but the motherboard supports only 32 bit.
Else i have an nvidia 8300 gs pci-e and 64 bit cpu but i don't think it could be capable of all the resolutions avaible on the radeon.
I plan to connect a crt monitor, 15" or 19".
Else what are the steps to create a working 32 bit groovy arcade machine? E.g. starting with debian 8 and compiling groovymame from source is a good idea? Do i need other things other than groovymame, like kernel patches or so?
Thank you in advance.

There are 15kHz kernel patches.

I have tried it and it works fine, on iirc an Athlon 2600 with Radeon 9550 . Games like Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter 2 are running well at full speed and that's more than enought for me ;)
