Title: How much are these worth?

Street Fighter, fair condition, 19" monitor, no burn in
Sky Shark, fair condition, 19" monitor (vertical), no burn in

the seller is asking $350 for each

Is that reasonable?

NO.
Thats a horrible deal.
Look for a cab with atleast a 25" monitor.THEN $350 is fair.

I wouldnt pay more then $350 for both... :P

Those are both what I would call $100/$200 games. Being that I wouldn't pay more than $100 for them, and if I sold them the price would be $200. ($200 is ALWAYS my minimum game price when selling, not that I am actually making anything, since I usually put in a good 10 hours of cleaning on any given game).

Assuming that here in Portugal i can get a fully working jamma cab (with no PCB) that has a 19" monitor included for 250 euros = 250 bucks, that's really a steal!  ;D

Actually nowdays 250 Euros = 320 USD ....  ;D
