Title: Trackball Routing Question
Post by: ladysephiroth on June 26, 2016, 07:20:51 pm
So since I'm prolly getting art done for my panel, I'm loath to use the mounting plate, I don't want to cover up my hard work! I like the idea of using T-nuts, and I have them (used them on the prototype and liked how firm they were.)

My problem is I can't find a cutting diagram for a Happ 3" trackball (GGG model) that isn't of the mounting plate.  I obviously am going to have to route out a space for the casing so that the ball is actually ABOVE the panel but I can't find THAT diagram anywhere! Anyone have one?

Thanks!

Cool!  Will it print to scale if I download it or do I have to load it into PS and scale it properly?

Thanks so much!

Not sure -- but probably need to scale it.

Here is the link to the thread with the PDF download of that jpeg.  I printed the PDF at 100% (do not scale) and it was the right size.
