Hi guys, I need an Help. I installed groovymame 0171 and thanks the help of different users of this forum, I configured it. How do you know, groovy mame with VM Maker install the super resolutions. The problem is when I want to use other emulators (( kega per megadrive - Mega cd.... Magic Engine ..... Snes9x .... Nes .... .SSF.....Epsx.... Model 2....Demul) and having a pixel perfect resolution. This emulators using different resolution; 256 x 224 @ 59.826098 - 336 x 224 @ 59.826098 and so on. Super resolution works great with groovymame but with others emulator I need to add manually this resolutions. My question is: There is a method to add this resolutions without enter in conflict with Super resolution ? I want when I run groovymame go to choose Super resolution but When I use others emulatori go to choose the resolutions add manually. Help me please.... Thank you

maybe you can add custom resolution like 2536x224 for this emulators, and do a simple stretch in the emulator
1920x240 for Fusion
1920x242 for Magicengine
2536x224 for snes9x
Something like this

Thank you for the answer but I need something more simple (I get confusion with strange resolution ;D). I need to add this resolution because I want that when I run a megadrive game with Kega, I would like that choose for example 256 x 224 but when I run an arcade game groovy mame choose a super resolution . I hope that it's possible. Thank you

I can think in nothing more easy that add a bunch of resolutions, and configure the emulators to use it (in fact... this is the only way to do)
For example, 99% megadrive games use 2 different resolutions, in Kega, 320x240 and 256x240, if you use 1280x240 or 2560x240 or 3840x240... all games will look perfect

Hi, well, this is my opinion
If you use emulators like Kega, Mednafen, etc i dont think using exact refresh rate will make any difference
A 15khz CRT TV have a "resolution" of 240 lines in NTSC and 288 in PAL
In my setup, i have 2536x240@60hz and 2536x288@50hz, and adjust emulators to this resolutions. You can add 2536x480/2536x576 for high res
About saturn, deppend emulator, SSF sadly dont support low resolutions, only interlaced
