I have for sale an original Howler Arcade Controller from their Kickstarter campaign.  It supports 4 joysticks (keyboard, joystick or optical), 26 buttons, 96 channel LED (2 high power LED drives) and an accelerometer via one USB connection.

This one has only been powered on once and worked fine last I used it.  They retail for $100 new, selling for $60 shipped in US.  Comes with power supply and USB cable.  Below is a photo of the actual product.
