I want to replace my default red ball top on my Ultramarc UltraStik 360. However I am having trouble finding out, a) What size the UltraStik is and b) What size original ball tops were.
I think I've figured out the U360 is 35mm diameter and 6mm thread size. Am I right?
If I wanted to eBay an original Ms. Pac-Man or original Galaga ball top as a replacement, will it fit? Does anyone know the diameter and thread size of either of these original ball tops?
Thanks

the U360 is a modified Sanwa JLW, and therefore any balltop that fits the JLW will fit the U360. I have Hand-Candy balltops from groovygamegear on mine and they are really nice. They are listed as having a 6mm threaded hole.

Seimetsu balltops will fit as well.

Thanks! Knowing the thread size is huge.
Now I just have to find out what the thread size is on a real, original Galaga and Ms. Pac-Man. I really like the textured surface of those 80s ball tops.
I know Galaga is 32mm in diameter and the U360 is 35mm. I like the U360 and I love Galaga so at least if the thread size of the vintage ones turns out to be a bust, I know what to shop for for new ones.

I'm also using the GGG Hand Candy balltops on mine. They're ~36mm in diameter, and feel great.
I don't know what thread diameter Galaga or Ms. Pac balltops use, but I'd assume that it's something greater than 6mm.
