Title: Sega Turbo Question

I recently got my hands on a Sega Turbo sit down game.  It works well, however there are solid white columns that appear on the screen where there should be cars.  Does anyone have any idea how to correct this?

As in the game that's part solid state?  What you are describing sounds like corrupted graphics roms, but you are going to have to get ahold of someone more familiar with the hardware.
