Recapped the monitor, and the picture got better and brighter but the curl is still there, I only seem to notice it with Strikers 1945 board. Should note, the previous owner went hacktopia on the chassis:

Anything else I should try before I throw this monitor at a kitten?

Should also note that when I put the strikers board in my CPS2 cab, there is no curl.

Is the sync pot bad/in spec with what's expected? Maybe there could be a corroded section on the pot and that's the range that strikers needs. It looks like the sync can't lock on all the way to me. I'd check any work done on traces after the h,v sync pins too.

You just need to adjust your H.Hold.
Did this, and its almost gone, there is an ever so slight bend that I just cant seem to find a sweet spot for, but it is SIGNIFICANTLY better.
