Hey group, first time poster, long time reader. I was wondering if the group can help me. I have three push button/lights i am looking to power http://www.twistedquarter.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=4_450_451&products_id=1288&zenid=7b4so4c382aub5l763hr05hqt0. (http://www.twistedquarter.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=4_450_451&products_id=1288&zenid=7b4so4c382aub5l763hr05hqt0.) I have scoured the net for days but can't find any definitive direction on how to best power these things. I assume they are 12v but there was no documentation on the web or that came with the lights.
In the cab I have a smart powerstrip and a pc power supply.
Any direction would be super helpful.

its actually pretty easy.. install and wire them up as u normally would.. I see they have 2 metal tabs on each side for the 12v and the ground.. so its easy.
Using your pc power supply.. find any free molex power connector.. if you dont know, they look like either one of these ends

anyways.. the 2 black wires that are on those connectors are both ground. the yellow is always 12v. and the red is always 5v. So simply **With power unplugged** snip the end of the connector off, or just one black and one yellow wire so you dont have a bunch of loose ends.. connect the yellow wire to the first power tab on the button, and daisy chain them down the line as you would normally. Then do the same with the black wire, to the grounds on all the buttons.
im not sure how newbie you are so maybe "daisy chain" doesnt even make sense to you.. But the idea is you just need to simply pull the 12volts from the yellow pc power wire, and connect it to those buttons.
