Title: Wells Gardner Model 25K7191 VGA Cable

I have an arcade that came with a WG 25K7191 Monitor and I want to make a VGA cable for it so that I can plug it in to my computer using Soft15khz. The pins on it are just like the ones in the picture. My question is what pins do I need to wire to the VGA plug? I keep finding different ways of doing it. Any help would be appreciated thank you.
