I have an ACER Veriton L670G small form factor PC. Unfortunately I cannot change the graphics card because it's integrated into the motherboard.
It was just an extra PC I had lying around and was hoping I could use it in a vertical mame machine with a 25K7191 monitor. I looked at the titles that run at Medium and VGA resolutions in vertical orientation and I'm not interested in playing them, so it will be all Standard Res games on this machine.
I believe Soft-15khz is not compatible with the integrated graphics card, and as far as I can tell there would be no way for me to use ArcadeVGA.
Am I wrong? Will one of those work? If not, are there any other options available? What would be the drawbacks? I'm hoping to get as close to the real thing as possible without spending a ton of money.

You're not wrong, you can't use this PC for what you want to do. It will not output at 15Khz.
