Hey Guys do you have any experience with these ? Are they ok for making a good controller ?Or should I find some more high quality?

I am interested in that too, as I want to build a bartiop for a friend as a gift... This seems interesting...

Yeah, I know it seems really cheap tho I want to build a controller but I dont want it to feel that cheap.

This question crops up about 2-3 times a month. The Zero-Delay encoders are fine. The one thing is that the PC reads them as a gamepad instead of as a keyboard. The joys and buttons are a little loose, but otherwise they are fine.

it is the cruddy chinese controls most people use that make their stuff feel cheap, not the encoder.

The Zero Delay will be fine (but see below) but another one to consider is the Xin No.
The Xin Mo comes in a two-player version, and is around the same price as two Zero Delays.
There doesn't seem to be much to choose from between them, but I ended up getting the Xin Mo.
I'm still finishing up my build, so I haven't tried it yet.
With any inexpensive Chinese board, I recommend that you look over the board carefully with a magnifying glass before you plug it in, to check for sloppy solder work. I have read that the QC can be spotty.
Having said that, the soldering on my Xin Mo appears to be perfect.
