Title: [Telco KT-1403V] No picture

Hello,
I have my Merit Type 51 with KT-1403V chassis monitor that have a problem :
- No picture with VGA Signal Cable connect and disconnect
- Nothing on the screen when i try to adjust the G2 on the Flyback
- Light up fine on the end of the tube/neckboard

I have try to download the Ken Layton repair guide but the link is dead.
