Had to dig mine out of the garage since I'm in the middle of rebuilding two coin doors. With this announcement though this mech will be replaced with AnyCoin.
-
It's not a full replacement, it replaces part of it.

Awesome! Looking forward to these!

Hey Congrats! Just saw this and it's too late to post pics. (Plus my coin door wasn't attached to my machine. Does that count? LOL).
I'm sure I'll order 2 for my .vs once I'm done restoring along with the original v2 anycoin mechs for my other machines.

Got them today. Looking forward to trying these out. Doesn't look like it will take much effort to swap these in, so hopefully I'll get a chance this weekend.

Cool, looking forward to how easy they are to install.

Got one of mine installed. The other side I'm gonna have to find a right-angle screwdriver to take the OEM coin guide off. I'm also gonna have to remove the "rocker arm" off as it's causing me issues. Coins go thru 2 or 3 times then get hung up on it. https://youtu.be/RtQOzCt3hQI
One problem though. The alignment pegs seem to break off pretty easily. It will probably work without them or I might try plastic welding them back on.
Otherwise, these things are super easy to install. Took me all of a couple minutes on the one side. As long as you have the proper tools, you should be able to hammer these things out in 5 minutes or less.
-
Slide the C clamp back over it and it should hold it in place. The pegs are more for guiding it.

Yea, them breaking off really isn't an issue, just more of an observation. Not sure if there is something that you can change when printing these in the future. (I know nothing about 3D printing)

Got mine installed in Janky Kong. Great job!

Yeah, I have a few ideas I might try, might even just remove the pegs all together.
