Title: Neo geo marquee question

Does anyone know what material the marquees for the neo geo are made out of? By that i mean the part of the marquee that does not let the light through. Example shown. And jf so how to get one printed out

Ask arcademarquees.com. He just made me a custom translite. I think you might want vinyl. If white vinyl is applied behind the printed material, it might give the same effect.
