Title: Mame settings - Paddle?

I am trying to adjust the sensitivity of my steering wheeling within a game (Cruisin USA for example). Is Paddle the adjustments for my steering wheel?

Paddle = any potentiometer based control in mame, so yes, that's your wheel.
