anyone have some insight for me on what is going on here. screen on my missile command keeps looping causing the game to constantly look like it is scrolling from top to bottom. i added a zip file containing a video of what the game is doing. if anyone out there has information on whats going on please enlighten me. also, i have replaced all the capacitors on the PCB of the monitor and replaced the ROMs with missile command multi game board.

Did you adjust your sync? Is your sync even hooked up right? Is the pot that adjusts your sync bad?

That because this use very high frequency close to 62 Hz. Some monitor might have problem with such high frequency.

Im actually embarrassed a little but turns out that the sync needed to be changed in the vertical size. also someone told me to check the B+ voltage. the voltage was sitting at 112.6 DC. which was the reason it looked like it was scrolling not enough power for constant signal. the second i turned it to 120V the screen stopped scrolling which allowed to adjust it out with the vertical size. thank you for the idea of it being a video sync issue. however i completely forgot to double check voltages.

A g07 however is the most common monitor of that era and should have no problem with it.
