My Controlblock (http://blog.petrockblock.com/2014/12/29/controlblock-power-switch-and-io-for-the-raspberry-pi/), finally arrived for my RetroPie (http://blog.petrockblock.com/retropie/) project, and I'm itching to start buying my controls, to test it out. To give a quick little background, I'm 30, grew up on playing Virtual Fighter, Marvel Vs Capcom, but still love to play Pacman and other 80's games. I've decide to go with the iL Eurojoystick (http://www.paradisearcadeshop.com/eurostick/165-il-eurostick-black.html), since from my research that seems to be what was closest to the arcade cabinets that I grew up with.
As for buttons, I'm completely lost, and pretty much understand that it really comes down to preference. I'm pretty much in between the IL Concave Pushbutton (http://www.paradisearcadeshop.com/il-psl-l/263-red-il-concave-pushbutton.html#/microswitch_force-rollie_leaf_switch), and the CLASSX (http://groovygamegear.com/webstore/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=73&products_id=356). Now for the CLASSX, it seems like a lot of people like the True-Leaf Pro Switch, and I noticed that I can get the IL's with Rollie Leaf Switch, I was wondering how the two compare. I also read that, the best idea is to buy a couple different ones and see what you think. My CP is going to have six buttons for each player, so should I buy six of each or just get one of each type of Switch (20g, 50g, 75g, 125g, Rollie, True-Leaf), or should I narrow it down more?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Any particular reason you want leaf switches for buttons? I mean they're not bad or anything, but you could do it for MUCH cheaper with microswitches.

Sorry I didn't know there was a difference between microswitch and switch, thought they were all microswitch

You could even look into GroovyGameGear's Micro-Leaf Pushbutton Switches. (http://groovygamegear.com/webstore/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=309)
Combines the best traits of both the classic leaf-style switch and the modern micro or "snap" switches.
