Just wondering if anybody can shed any light on a problem ive got with a hantarex polo 28, bascally the picture is just really wide, the H Amp pot appears to do nothing but measures ok.
Any help appreciated, thanks.

ok so i have sorted the width problem, turns out the insulation sheet behind T118 was missing ! I now seem to have broken white lines running horizontally across the picture, any ideas ?

Looks like a ground issue to me: do you have your monitor chassis grounded?
-
can you put up a photo of the chassis near the power input connector and also the remote board
-
Thank you for you time in replying guys,
Yes i believe the monitor is earthed correctly and hopefully these pictures will help.

I am at the phone, but from what i can see "from here" no, they do not help to say the truth.
Post a pic of the monitor connected as it was when you tested it.
-
so is that a manual switching 15/25 or fixed 25khz chassis
btw the width transistor should be bolted the the extension frame on these chassis as they really do run those transistors hard
-
from the first pic the op posted
it looked like a sync problem
ie:+ instead of -
ie:- instead of +
what game are u running this monitor on ?
