This tool can do a number of things, including:

• Quickly download, install & configure retroArch for over 20 systems and 2 joysticks
• Allow users to launch ROMs wth drag & drop.
• Download, Install or update the latest nightly retroArch, cores, shaders and redists from the libretro buildbot
• leverage the Internet Archvie (archive.org) for retro ROM-libraries.
• Customize retroArch options and many cores.
• automate netplay.
• Create playlists.
• Generate configuration deltas for a library of ROMs and any core.
