Title: Did anyone else get the $5 coupon from PayPal?

So paypal sends me a 5 dollar coupon that I have to spend by the 16th.  I was going to get odds-n-ends with it on ebay, but it didn't seem to take anything off my first purchase.  It shows up in my paypal wallet so I don't know what the deal is. 

It says on the terms of the promotion that it's accepted "at participating retailers" if "the minimum purchase price is met" but doesn't list the retailers nor the price it's looking for.  So did anyone else get one and if so where did you spend it?  I'm just trying not to waste the thing.
