I went to a marvel vs DC themed party last year and brought a control panel to play a DC vs Marvel mugen game. It was a big hit and I've been asked to bring it back, only this time around the party is zombie apocalypse. My first thoughts were house of the dead and the indie xbox360 game i made a game with zombies in it. However, my friends want the novelty of the real arcade controls since everyone has consoles. So no guns or gamepads.... I don't think the darkstalkers series is very zombie apocalypse, but at the moment, it's the best I can think of.
Any suggestions? CP has standard 6 button fighting game layout, plus a trackball and spinner. I'm using a PC and a projector, not a monitor. Not sure if that makes a difference other than the gun games that have already been ruled out.

Splatterhouse?

Castlevania?

Night Slashers of course, also Nightmare in the Dark.

Oh Metal Slug 3 and 4.

House of the dead.

What about...
Beast Busters
Zombies ate My Neighbors would probably work fine with an arcade stick...
Not a joystick game but I feel like if you brought a keyboard or two Typing of the Dead could be a crowdpleaser. There's a PC release of the newest one...

Mutation Nation?

Howard, I thought you were joking, but took the bait and looked it up. I guess there are zombies in metal slug 3 and 4. What percentage of the game has zombies?
I don't think the DC light guns will work on their TV, so I'm going to bring the wii with me since I have House of the dead on there and it will work with any TV. If she decides people can be in that room, I think it's the obvious choice and will be the most fun. Otherwise, no guns.
I'm also going to try one last time to stray slightly from the theme and recommend something from the darkstalkers series, but I'm also going to show her ALL of these and something will get mixed in even if vs fighting gets the focus.
Thanks for all the suggestions!

Both have one stage that prominently features zombies. 3's is better though and you only have to get to stage 2.

zombie revenge on dreamcast.
I'll 2nd this.
I'm not sure if the game will require analog sticks since the DC version clearly uses them.

Ghouls and Ghost
The enemies pop up from the ground left and right.
