Title: Top of Sony TV distorted

Trying to get my setup working thru a transcoder. I have the A960 transcoder. My video card is Radeon 3000. The tv is KV-27FS100. Windows 7

I have installed the CRT Emudriver. On the TV the bottom 2/3 of the tv look good. Its the top 1/3 that is distorted / double image.

Any ideas?

 It was adjusting the dial in the transcoder
