Title: Mame orientation

I was playing around in mame today and figured out to add a screen to it and orient it to head to head in Marvel vs capcom. Afterward i checked pacman and it orientation was all messed up. Will i have to set this up every time i want to play a different game or can i set the orientation for each game seperately?
