Wow, where'd you find that?!? :lol
-
It was a product from about 12 years ago that was geared towards playing console games in a cabinet.
Or was I supposed to hate on it?
good day.

Was thinking the same thing myself.

LOL
Found it on an Ebay auction, the guy only wanted $1200 for the cabinet!
Sorry, bored at work, thought it would be fun.

I dunno ... while I wouldn't use one and it is WAY outdated for console use now, the controls were pretty cool. Nifty little analog sticks and buttons that are both analog and digital. Cabinet quality is pretty decent for a flat-pack. And it was over a decade ago.
-
They have one of those "Quasimoto" or whatever they are called units at the place my daughter gets her hair cut... it's been off every time I've been there, but I'm honestly curious about the thing. The analog sticks don't feel half bad, but I just can't imagine anything being easy to play.
-
I would love to just have the control pcb that hooks into the ps2, gamecube, xbox joystick ports and the switchbox thing...the panel itself...hmm.
-
Really busy. I would hate to try and explain what buttons do what.

You don't have to. There is a legend at the top of the control panel. ;)
-
Nice. Just thinking of how easy it would be for kids to use.
On a off topic, has anyone herd of a digital legend solution? I mean to install a small LCD that would show current controls for selected game? I'm in the process of planing a build and that has crossed my my mind a bit. Thx

Check out RxBrad's Avengerless Avenger (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=143056.0). He did something like that.
