I have a showcase cab that I need to get in the basement but the base is too wide to go through the doorway. Is there a way to disassemble this down so I can get it in the basement or am I gonna have to do some chopping

I have a Dynamo showcase and it breaks down into 4 parts (IIRC ... it's been a decade since I took it apart last). I believe the Atari showcase breaks down into at least 3 (pedestal, CP and back portion) and that seems to be confirmed in the drawings.

Good luck getting the monitor piece down stairs. I just helped my buddy move a target terror showcase into his house. Even the three stairs to get it inside was a chore. We used a nice hand truck with a strap too. Problem is with that huge tube up high, once you tip you have a lot of weight high on the dolly. Definitely have another person ready to go.

Yep. I took the monitor out of mine when I moved it. Was actually pretty easy to move that way.

I had to knock my Pole Position cockpit apart board by board and then glue it back together to get it into my basement.
