Looking to buy a working EPROM programmer that I can program the eagle 2.09 software to the boot Rom chip for a golden tee fore PCB. Don't need fancy, just something that works. EPROM chip is a 16 pin M27C801 chip. I would also like a few of these chips as well if anyone has extras.
