Title: Getting Atari 5200 working in Mame

So, apparently Mess has been discontinued and merged into Mame.

I can find tons of guides to setting up Mess to work with Atari 5200, but none for Mame... anyone able to help - i havent managed to get this to work with either an old version of Mess or Mame and it's driving me nuts...

Okay, I seem to have got somewhere with Mame64 a5200 -cart "D:\ROMS\Atari5200\BerZerk (USA).zip"

However, some games don't seem to be working e.g. Astro Chase just sits at a black screen

Also, it didn't work when they were in 7z even though mame apparently supports 7z so had to convert all over...
