Title: Tearing problem daphne emulator

Hi everyone, I need an help. I have a pc with Windows xp 32 bit, Crt emu drive Calamity, Scart-Rgb 15 hz and Hd radeon 4350. In Daphne I have a tearing problem in every game and i don't know how to resolve it.  I tried 2 resolution 640x480 and 320x240 (modified with batch file) but nothing. Can you help me?

I use -opengl and I didn't noticed tearing though I'm using progressive 256x240.
