Does anyone know which version of mame was the last one with Star Wars properly working?

its been a while.

Sorry I can't give you a real answer... but I first noticed it AGES ago... 7months?  Check mametesters... they might remember.

If start on any level except easy you are unable to reach the death star.

Yeah, I've noticed this same problem.... I'm using ver .75
