What programs does anyone use to help design the arcade cabinet please, CAD wise?

I see a lot of people use SketchUp (http://www.sketchup.com/).  Not sure if that meets your "cad-wise" requirement.

One nice thing is the '3D warehouse' (https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/?hl=en). Where you can download arcade models (https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/search.html?q=arcades%20cabinet&scoring=t&hl=en) that others have already done.

I second Sketch Up.  One of the nice things about it is the price.  Free.

Sketchup is a good, free designing tool.

For all my kits, I use Draftsight (free AutoCad) and then import into Sketchup to make a 3D model.

Many thanks.  SketchUp is great especially as I have found the cabinet I want to make as a template already :)

I did mine in Rhino... It has a pretty small learning curve.  ;)
