When measuring from pins 10 to 13 and 11 to 13, I'm getting 9v and 16v. According to sources this should be 50v. I'm pretty sure this is causing my Spot Killer to be on since I've pretty much rebuilt the whole monitor at this point.
Voltages from the PCB seem fine, but those voltages from the power brick seem suspect. Does anyone know why these would be low? I have replaced big blue.
(This is in a Space Duel cab)
